Finally snow!

My kids have been upset this winter because there was no snow. Moving from New York down to North Carolina did not help our chances of seeing any snow but there was still a chance. Unfortunately for them, we have been having unusually warm weather this winter so the temperatures have not been cold enough for snow. On monday our high temperature was 75 degrees but we were getting a cold front coming through. This morning the snow finally came and while it is less than an inch on the ground, the schools are closed and my kids are happy and had just enough snow to make a snowman.
