Pathetic

Coming from NY, you had to have real amounts of snow in order to have a snow day. You were more likely to get delayed openings instead of closings. Now we are in North Carolina where they do not know what to do with snow. On 1/18 we received less than an inch of snow and the schools were closed. Just before I went to bed, I was watching the news and they reported that there will be delayed openings for the morning because they are forcasting freezing temperatures that could make the roadways slick. I can't believe it!!!
